Before the Aquadynes and KMB's were common these were used on a large scale by NATO partners, Fire brigades as well as commercial diving companies in Europe. Cheaper to buy, easier to maintant and much lighter to wear then the modern gear ...
Having owed and dived such myself in the early 1980's I was happy to buy a large number of brand new PA 38 regulators last week, all unused ex Dutch army equipment. I already had a number of masks in used but good condition plus a large number of NEW hoods and neck ring sets. So now I am able to offer complete sets at a very good price:
The rubber mask is in a used but good condition: see photo's, what you see is what you get, each set of photo's shows the actual mask which will be shipped. All other parts are NEW. The hood was sealed air tight in its German army envelope and it is in absolute NEW condition, only the small foam-rubber discs at the inside at the ears are falling apart (but easy to replace). The speaker was taken out of the hood and the hole it left can easily be patched with a car tire patch (did it myself). Alternatively I can offer the hood with the speaker installed for €15,- extra. The regulator is the famous PA38 and is in NEW condition but attention: it is the second stage only (which can be connected to any first stage SCUBA regulator). A NEW Neck-ring and clamp-ring to connect the set to a dry-suit are also included. Price for the complete set as pictured €199 euro plus shipping
