These Keys will be shipped brand new (old stock) sealed in the original german army wrappers. Each Draeger Diving Set came with 2 of these keys (see photographs) which were used to couple the air-hoses, coupling the air-hose to the helmet, or coupling the hoses of the DM40 or DM20 rebreather back packs to the helmet. The keys have the Draegerwerk logo cast in them: a ‘must have’ for all Draeger helmet owners! Price 30 euro per set of 2 keys, plus shipping.

Genuine German DRAEGER Helmet Keys

Some 12 years Rob Krul and myself we started up some projects here in Holland. We built ‘Rouquayrol-Denayrouze’ regulator backpacks, followed by a small series of ‘Denayrouze Snout-Masks’. After that we built some German Regulator back-packs which are all made of Brass, and last year a small series of Denayrouze Divers lamps were made. Just like the regulators and the mask also the lamp is a fully functional museum quality replica. Also it is a very impressive piece of craftsmanship: the lamp weights almost 15 kilo and is 62 cm’s high, which is higher then a diving helmet. Price on request.

1873 Denayrouze UW Lamp (replica)

Complete set of 4 brails for the earlier Siebe, Gorman & Co. Ltd. 12 bolt diving helmet. These brails are ‘impossible’ to find, so this set is not a genuine old set but a very well made re-creation: see pictures. Price for a finished set with the holes drilled in them already: 500 euro plus shipping. A rough unfinished set without holes drilled in them: 450 euro plus shipping. Important: it is not guaranteed that a set with holes will fit perfectly, they may need some adjustment anyway.

We can also supply you with new brails for Italian helmets and Heinke Pearler helmets

Old German Cuff Expanders

Original cast iron ‘sitting-weight’ for the Draeger Diving Apparatus. An interesting solution to put weights on a diver: where other manufacturers have most of the weight at the level of the divers chest, Draeger spread the weight by putting this weight as a seat between the divers legs where it was hanging on the jock-strap. This triangular shaped model appears at illustrations in the 1946 catalogue. Before and after a different, more rounded shaped Model was illustrated: the one shown here below ( Sitzgewicht 2 ) It may be that the design was temporarily changed during the second world war. Price 150 euro plus shipping

Draeger ‘Sitzgewicht’ 1

Original cast iron ‘sitting-weight’ for the Draeger Diving Apparatus. An interesting solution to put weights on a diver: where other manufacturers have most of the weight at the level of the divers chest, making him ‘top-heavy’, Draeger spread the weight by putting this weight as a seat between the divers legs where it was hanging on the jock-strap. This rounded shaped model appears at illustrations in the catalogues and manuals before the second world war. In the 1946 catalogue a different, more triangular shaped Model was illustrated: the one shown here above ( Sitzgewicht 1 ) It may be that the design was changed during the second world war. But the last batches of sitting weights which were made by Draeger to go with the last copper helmets and the DM200 / DM220 all look like this early version with the round shapes. Price 150 euro plus shipping

The best one on the market: the Dräger 'Labor' reducer as used with the DM 220 Hard Hat Equipment. Myself I use 2 of these reducers when diving my Friedrich Flohr Copper Helmet with Regulator Backpack: one for the regulator and one for the bypass which is connected to a USN MK5 Air Valve. I have several of these in stock, all officially serviced and then stored: in 'new condition'. We also sell the Air Hoses to fit this system (I use those for hard hat diving myself as well: much lighter then the good old ones). The original price tag is still attached: €711,35. I sell them for €199,- each plus shipping.

The pencil I put next to it to show the sheer size of this Depth Gauge which weighs some 800 grams!
